Refund Policy

Our commitment to fair and transparent refund practices.

1.Overview

At Raga Sangrah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are granted, the process for requesting a refund, and the timelines involved. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2.Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

✓ Eligible for Refund

  • First-time subscribers requesting a refund within 7 days of initial purchase (no questions asked)
  • Technical issues preventing access to core Platform features for more than 72 consecutive hours, not resolved by our support team
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors verified by our team
  • Subscription charged after a cancellation request was submitted before the renewal date

✗ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Refund requests made after 7 days of the billing date (for monthly subscriptions)
  • Partial month usage — subscriptions are billed for the full period
  • Dissatisfaction with content that was accurately described on the Platform
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Change of mind after the 7-day window has passed
  • Annual subscriptions after 14 days from purchase date

3.Annual Subscription Refunds

For annual subscription plans:

  • Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if you have not extensively used the Platform (fewer than 10 compositions created and fewer than 5 hours of usage)
  • Pro-rated refund for the unused portion may be considered at our discretion for extenuating circumstances (e.g., serious illness, documented financial hardship)
  • No refund for annual plans after 14 days, except in cases of billing errors

4.How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name]"
  2. Include your registered email address and the order/transaction ID from your payment confirmation
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request
  4. Our support team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
  5. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

5.Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

Note: Processing times are from the date of refund approval. Bank processing times are outside our control.

6.Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until then.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. To request a refund for the current period, you must separately submit a refund request as described above, within the eligibility window.

7.Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension. If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide transaction evidence to the payment processor and contest the dispute.

8.Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. For subscriptions already in progress, the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
